8. Change of Data Controller (Business Succession)

This website and the Exovon® brand are currently operated by Christian Pergande as a sole proprietor (see Section 1). It is planned to transfer the business to a company that is yet to be incorporated.

In the course of this incorporation, the personal data processed in connection with this website — in particular newsletter subscription data (email address, optional name, and the associated consent records) — will be transferred to the new company as the legal successor. The new company will assume the role of data controller and will continue the processing exclusively for the same purposes and under the same conditions described in this Privacy Policy, in particular the delivery of the newsletter you subscribed to.

The legal basis for this transfer is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR — our legitimate interest in the seamless continuation of the business and its communication channels within a legal succession. Your consent to receive the newsletter remains valid, as neither the purpose nor the content of the processing changes.

We will inform you of the change of data controller (e.g., by email and by updating this Privacy Policy). If you do not wish your data to be transferred to the successor company, you may object at any time or simply unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link included in every newsletter or by contacting [ info@exovon.com ]. In that case, your data will not be transferred and will be deleted in accordance with Section 9.
